Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Trend AI Video ("we", "us"), operating https://trendaivideo.com (the "Service"). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What the Service Does

Trend AI Video turns two photos you upload (one Zombie Partner and one Survivor) into a 10-second "zombie couple" video, delivered as a silent MP4 file (no audio), using our AI video model and a fixed story template. Available aspect ratios are shown in the generator.

AI output is non-deterministic: faces, expressions, and camera motion can vary between generations, and we do not guarantee any particular look or a fixed wait time (generation usually takes a few minutes).

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Browsing and uploading do not require an account; signing in (for example with Google) is required to pay and to generate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Standard 480p — US$6.99 for one 10-second video.
• HD 720p — US$9.98 for one 10-second video (HD adds US$2.99 over Standard).
• One-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. You are charged only the price shown at checkout.
• Unused generations. A purchased generation you have not used remains available in your account for 365 days from purchase, and is used first the next time you generate.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

5. Failed Generations and Refunds

• If a generation fails for a technical or provider reason, the generation is automatically returned to your account so you can try again at no extra cost.
• Once a video has been successfully generated, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@trendavideo.com and we will review it.

6. Your Photos and Permission

Before generating, you confirm that both people in the photos are adults and that you own the photos or have permission from the people shown to use them this way. You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited license to store and process them, and to send them to our AI model provider, solely to generate and deliver your video.

7. Your Videos

Subject to these Terms, you may use the videos generated for your account for personal and lawful purposes. Do not present a generated video as real footage in a way that deceives or harms others.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

1. Upload photos of minors, or of anyone without their permission.
2. Create sexual, nude, or intimate content, or non-consensual imagery of anyone.
3. Harass, defame, impersonate, or defraud anyone, or create misleading deepfakes.
4. Create hateful content or content that infringes others' rights.
5. Break the law, attack or overload our systems, scrape the Service, or bypass its limits or safeguards.

We may refuse a generation, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these rules, and may report clearly illegal content to the authorities where the law requires.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update the Service, prices, or these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
