Refund Policy

Overview

Trend AI Video sells one-time generations of a 10-second silent zombie couple video (Standard 480p US$6.99 or HD 720p US$9.98). There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Failed generations

If a generation fails for a technical or provider reason, that generation is automatically returned to your account so you can try again at no extra charge.

Completed videos

Once a video has been successfully generated, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law. Disliking the creative result of a completed video is not treated as a technical failure.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, email support@trendaivideo.com with your order number. We will review the payment and correct errors we confirm.

Unused generations

Unused purchased generations remain available for 365 days from purchase and are used first the next time you generate. They are not cash-refundable after a successful payment simply because they were unused, except where the law requires otherwise.
